In most cases, if you have classroom accommodations, your access consultant will email a PDF version of your accommodation letter to you. It is your choice to either email the letter to your instructors or provide them with a printed copy. While we encourage you to give your letter to all of your instructors, there may be classes in which you do not wish to use your accommodations. Please understand accommodations are not retroactive, and your letter becomes effective on the date your instructor receives it.
It is the student’s responsibility to contact their access consultant to request a new accommodation letter when the previous one expires.
Look up your access consultant's contact information on the DRC Staff Contact Page.
