AIM Information for Students

The DRC uses Accessible Information Management (AIM), an online accommodation management system that allows students to request their accommodations through an online Student Portal. AIM has replaced our OneDRC portal as the tool for students to request accommodation letters and schedule exams with the DRC Testing Center.

Students can use the AIM Student Portal to:

  1. Request accommodations for individual courses. After you request accommodations through the AIM Student Portal, your access consultant will email your accommodations letters directly to your instructors.
  2. Upload new documentation for your access consultant to view.
  3. Schedule exams to be taken in the DRC Testing Center (for testing accommodations only).
  4. Submit your textbook to Document Conversion for an alternative format (for Document Conversion accommodations only).

Logging in to the AIM Student Portal

After you have met with an access consultant via the Gold option or received email communication via the Maroon option, you will be able to access the AIM Student Portal. You will login with your UMN credentials and be brought to an overview page. If you have accommodations that require signing an E-Form Agreement, you will be prompted to sign the agreement the first time you login each semester.

On the Overview page, you will have a My Dashboard menu bar on the left side where you can navigate to different links and features of the Student Portal.
